The lights they replaced weren’t tightened correctly and one of them fell out, I would of thought seeing the damage was on the front left of the vehicle they would have done a wheel alignment but they didn’t. I had to go have it aligned after I got the vehicle back

They did good work but my vehicle was greasy inside. It also looked like there was a lot of residue from the paint process inside the vehicle. Is this dangerous to breath in??

Staff was great. Ed was really easy and helpful to work with. The outside of the car was clean but the Inside of the car was filthy with grease on most of the controls when we drove it off. There was also residue from the paint process.

They did an awesome job on my car. It was there for awhile but they kept getting the wrong parts witch wasent there fault. The worker's there are very kind . I would send other's to them. Thank you for everything Tammy Peaslee.

They were wonderful..there were on top of everything and did extra..only took them a week in a half...and even got my car rental..hertz..I just love them at the collision center. They kept me in touch ..the whole time..I. telling everyone..I had a bad time with Charlie's collision center ..took them 3 in a half months and still wasn't done right .and bad time with rental..enterprise..I would never take it back there..O'Connor is number 1..thank you all so much..Elaine ladd
