The only reason not to give a 10 is the person who filled my tire put 42 lbs of pressure instead of 32 which was what it called for..

Extremely impressed with good as new repair and my car came back clean and everything worked perfectly. The desk staff worked with us to allow payment of the deductible over the phone and moved the car so we could pick it up after hours. I have already told a friend about how pleased I am.
