Justin Fife was very easy and pleasant to work with. Our only comment would be we had to call him to find out the status of the truck after 1 week. Justin told us he was waiting for parts and would call us when the work was completed, which he did.

Never have I ever been treated with such VIP status when dealing with repairs and insurance claims. They literally handled everything (rental pick up and drop off as well) and all I needed to do was hand my keys over. Honestly, they were more helpful than my Insurance. Remarkable team all around and a special shout out to the Mechanics! They made my Rogue beautiful again!
