The quality of the work is exceptional. There is no way you can see any evidence of the accident that led to the repair. The paint color and sheen match perfectly. This is the third time (two different cars) that we've taken the cars to Offutt Collison. We'd never go anywhere else!

AWESOME!!!! I cannot think of any other way to describe my experience with Offutt Collision Center! Everyone I engaged was professional and personable. Cali, out front is outstanding and if I still owned my business I would be trying to steal her away. She made sure everything was communicated well and was always upbeat and friendly. I will not go anywhere else for any pain projects or if unlucky enough to have another person back into my truck while it is sleeping calmly in a hotel parking lot. Great Job with the repairs and they waited until the lights I requested come in to finish the job. They could have just parked it outside and waited or told me to come get it and bring it back. They didn't and it means the world to have a business who believes in customer support.

From the wonderful experience with Cali at the reception desk and the one who reached out with updates as the progress progressed. I never had any question of what was going on or where my vehicle was in the process. The estimator Kaycia was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and listened to my concerns and expectations. Offutt Collision Center exceeded my expectations.

Communication was great until the last few days. Overall communication was acceptable. Knowing a firm pick up date would have been great. I had to have a driver arranged to take me to Belluve from Nebraska City and with out knowing an exact date it was difficult and frustrating. Other tnan that communication was strong. No ok
