The repair is fine as far as I can tell. However, your service cost us over $700 in lost vacation.

The repair is fine as far as I can tell. However, your service cost us over $700 in lost vacation. You sent an email saying the vehicle would be ready on Monday. When we heard nothing by end of day we called on Tuesday and we're told the wrong part was ordered and a new one would be in Wednesday they will make it a priority and should be available on Thursday. So delay our vacation half a day we can work with that. We called on Thursday, the part is just getting painted but should be available Friday morning. Agrivation, but we arrange for someone else to take over responsibilities we had planned for first thing Friday. I called Friday morning, bumper is painted but waiting on calibration. At 3pm it was waiting to be washed. At 415pm we finally got a call it was available. Had they been honest and said on Monday it wouldn't be available until Friday we would have canceled the vacation days or completed projects or made other arrangements to get to our vacation. Instead they did just enough to delay everything bit by bit so they entire time was wasted.

Every time I requested a status update on my truck in the morning, I was told that I will receive an update by EOD but I didn't after 3 different days. Once my truck was completed, I had to jumpstart it with the rental and of course the staff said that my truck worked perfectly fine and started with no issue.
