I'm 7 out of 10 on the scale. 1. I had to point out an error on the sealing of the window 2. Personal items of an employee was left in my trunk. A baby blanket and sandwich bag with initials on it. 3. Someone left chewing gum on my floor mat🤢. That I still haven't received back yet

OCR did a really nice job with the repair, but the extra money it cost me with the rental car was completely unexpected. I've heard good things about OCR, which is why I brought my car there, but the unexpected rental fees was a lot for me.
