Service was fine but, I'm an international pilot and out of town a lot. When the car was completed a voice mail was left for me which I couldn't receive in Hong Kong. Then I was charged with 3 extra days of car rental because neither I nor my wife was notified that the car was done. I wonder if you could have called USAA and told them too because that's the way I found out that the car was done was that USAA sent me an email the Monday after the Friday that it was done. Pretty disappointed that I was out an additional $117 in addition to my deductible. Good repair, bad experience
