Ashley at the front desk was great as usual. However, Jason's communications left something to be desired. Some updates were vague, such as, "your car is in the preparation stage"--after work was well underway. Then, on day 4 of what was expected to be a 4 day repair, he did not email an update at all. When I called the next morning, he wasn't in. Ashley apologized for the delay and told me Jason had not been satisfied with the quality of the repair in one spot and had the crew redo it. I apply hat, but he didn't communicate that to me, the customer. If it weren't for Ashley's help, we would have been without the car through the weekend, which would have been a problem. Ashley was wonderful. Jason needs to do much better at communicating.
