Car was in shop for 5 days longer than estimated. The bad part was I was never contacted about the delay. Only time I got any info was from me calling and no one called back when I was told I'd be called a half hour later for an update.

Looks like new. I'd give the staff a 10, but the tailgate was not opening properly when I picked it up. However, the staff stepped up immediately and resolved that issue.

We are very satisfied with the recent body work done by Offutt Collision. We have taken our vechicals to this shop for many years ( even before this current location) and have always received quality work and service with a smile! I really appreciated the e-mail updates throughout the week, and the cheerful and helpful way we were treated by each person we worked with, starting at the front desk all the way to the last person, who returned my car to me. Extremely professional and the work done well. We had only had the car three weeks, so the damage done to it was very disappointing, but the repair work is was flawlessly done it looks brand new again. I went to them once before to check on front bumper after fender bender. They were up front and honest (told me it was purely cosmetic, no structural damage) so did not have work done. WIth this type of service, I came back to them when I did have work to be done. Thanks!

Only issue I had is a couple minor scratches on the roof of my car that were not there previously. Looks like something was dragged across. Nothing that a buffer won't fix.

Replacement radiator had fins lightly damaged in shipping. They still used the part and I noticed it on walk around. Would like to have been told about it before, but it seems the feeling is it is no big deal.
