very good coordination between my insurance company USAA and Offutt Collision . They made it very very low stress. Jason was very good when I brought my car in and also followed up with me at the wnd point when I picked my car up. Eric did a really good walk around with me and told me everything that they fixed on the car. Is very happy with the service department.

Be cautious about telling clients one thing and then not following through. I had been told I would be called in 1-2 days with an overview of damages and several days later after hearing nothing I went back and was told they were just beginning to look at vehicle. It does not engender trust.
