It was a Friday and I didn’t get a call until 3:35 and the shop closed at 5. It meant I had to pay for 3 more days for the rental car because I couldn’t get there until Monday. But had I know on Thursday I couldn’t have changed my schedule. Thanks. Otherwise the updates thru the process were great."
