Dropping off my vehicle at the repair facility and working with Erica and Ron was quick, straight-forward, and pleasant. Arranging for Enterprise to have a rental there was convenient too! Communication throughout the repair process was clear and consistent. Repairs were quick, turnaround time was only a few weeks. And pick up was just as easy as every step before it. It is unfortunate I was in an accident with a deer and needed to repair my vehicle so while I hope it doesn't happen again, should it unexpectedly happen again, it will be an easy decision to choose Caliber Collision again.
