Joe Johnson is truly an asset to your company! He was sure to explain all the details of the work that was to be done on my car. When I dropped my car off to have the work done, he also made sure the rental car company was on their way to pick me up. I believe he really takes pride in his job!

The prompt precise service coupled with the explanation of the total process made what was a nervous situation of dealing with an insurance claim and getting my vehicle scheduled for repair very easy to deal with. What really surprised me the most was the speed in which the whole process (paper work, vehicle repair and its inspection after the repair) was completed. I didn't experience/suffer any of the anxieties that I expected. Great job/kudos to all the people that were involved with the process of getting my vehicle repaired.
