I took my Escape to the body shop to have some body work done on it and a recall done on my doors. Brad and Eric took great care of my there and they took my Escape of to Ford Service to Jason to get a recall done on my screen and Jason took care of my there and made sure my Escape got back over to they body shop so I could pick up my Escape there. They all took Great Care of me and let my borrow a bronco sports wish. I really appreciate it while my vehicle was getting taken care of..

When I picked up my vehicle after it was repaired, I noticed the next evening that the headlight was still not functioning. My son brought it back in, to be told that it was missing an LED strip that should have been installed on the inner edge of the headlight, meaning he saw would have to bring my car back in and rent another car to use for work. I was shocked that the car wasn't visually inspected after the repair, or at the very least have the headlights checked. Not to mention the time and gas wasted driving 20 minutes back and forth to the repair shop multiple times because of something that wasn't my fault. My only complaint, but a pretty considerable one.

Aaron is the Man! He is confident and competent in his position. My wife is impossible to please. She swore up and down the car would never be the same and almost had me trade it in. Upon pick up she was surprised at the detail and appearance of her car. I have not heard one gripe since pick up. Aaron if I owned the shop I would make darn sure you had everything you needed to keep doing the excellent work you do! Aaron is a star player here. Communication was impeccable.
