The front grille on my 2023 Ford Bronco Sport was not repaired correctly. My husband and I have bought 7 cars from Olathe Ford and I expected much better quality and service. It was a disappointing experience.

I took my Escape to the body shop to have some body work done on it and a recall done on my doors. Brad and Eric took great care of my there and they took my Escape of to Ford Service to Jason to get a recall done on my screen and Jason took care of my there and made sure my Escape got back over to they body shop so I could pick up my Escape there. They all took Great Care of me and let my borrow a bronco sports wish. I really appreciate it while my vehicle was getting taken care of..
