Communications related to schedule were lacking. I would not hear from anybody right up until the day my rental car was due to be returned and at that point would have to call the shop, then my insurance company to get them to coordinate with each other and provide me with an update, and extend my rental. I had to do this three times over the course of the repairs.

Body work was fine, did extra work to repair a cracked door I was not aware of. Only thing is they did not clean the interior.

I was told they would touch up a scratch when it was in for a recall for the door. When I picked it up, it wasn’t. I emailed before and called, which I got no reply. I talked to the manager and he told me he would when the weather was better. I appreciate him doing it. But feel it would should have been done when it was in the shop. Now I have to wait for the weather to get better and make another trip
