There was a delay because a step on the punch list was missed. Truck delivered without radio antenna and a loose bolt on running board that wasn't tightened when replaced.

The repair looks great and it took less time to repair than I expected. The staff is great. Very helpful.

Penny, the receptionist, is very friendly. But David, the adjustor, is fantastic. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Plus, when the Enterprise guy didn't answer my phone call to come get me, David, took me over to their office himself.
