They are a one stop shop, but I felt not very important and like I was put on the back burner. I was needing this done as quickly as possible for a down payment on a home and was shocked it took this long. Work seems to be quality, which was a plus.

Took forever. 5 Months to be exact for a small project. Somethings we forgotten to be added to my car. Felt not included on what was going on the whole time. I had to be the one to call and check on things the whole time. If I hadn't called it could have taken much longer to get my car back.

The collision center at Olathe Ford was wonderful to work with and made the whole process so much easier! The American National insurance company was terrible on my end with the claims process, and without Olathe Ford doing such a great job dealing with them it would have been a much more frustrating process.

I thought when they said they had to remove topper and bed cap so could paint side so it looked original that they would fix dings in pt also.

Received call at 11am that truck was ready, I picked up at 530pm and 4x4 sticker was not on and licence plate was no where to be found. After 10min of looking it was located.

I like Olathe Ford/Lincoln. I just wasn't happy the repair couldn't be done. I was not charged for the repair when I picked it up, which I figured was because the hood alignment couldn't be corrected (and as I mentioned before, looks worse now).

I didn't have a problem with the service. However, I was told that adjustments should be able to be made to my hood that would make it look better. My hood looks worse now then it did before.
