this is my second time using your collision service and will not be back. You told me my car would take a week you had it three and now My reverse light still doesn’t work. And I have to find a time to bring it back so you can fix it. This is very inconvenient. The time before I had my vehicle and you did not reattach my exhaust. My husband had to do it at our house. This is very frustrating.

If I wanted to know anything that was going on with my vehicle I had to call. Every time I would call and they would say somebody would call and let me know nobody would. In order to get any information at all I had to do all the communicating.

I was completely satisfied with my car when I picked it up. Brandon had been supportive and helpful throughout the complicated issues involved with the person who hit my parked car. He was very concerned that she would not pay for the damage as she was opting out of insurance. She changed her mind after I left the car for repair, which further complicated the payment and referrals. Brandon worked with me and the repairs went forward. The cost was less than expected and took less time. The car looked better than when I bought it! Thank you! Really appreciate the Olathe Ford Collision Center and Brandon. I apologize for the delay in responding. I picked the car up early Dec. It was a busy Holiday, guest and party time. I also had health issues.
