The lady at the desk was super nice. The estimator was not. He kept telling me the part would have to be ordered and he'd call me when it came in. I told him 3 times that I had already contacted the parts department and they had 2 on hand. The lady behind the desk finally took over and said they would get it on right away. The guy was not listening to me at all. Most likely because i'm female.

The vehicle was fine and they detailed my vehicle plus reduced the repair cost. What wasn't acceptable was the appointment was scheduled three weeks prior to bringing it in on November 15th. It was there at 8 am that day with expected repairs to take approximately 2 or 3 days. It was completed om November 26th after several delays and phone calls. Completely unacceptable.

Late. 6 days later than when was told it would be ready to pick up, and when I did pick up it was missing two bumper clips so the rear bumper was sitting on the exaust pipe.
