Thank you for being gracious and kind. Everytime I would call, I could hear a smile in the voice answering the phone. When I came to the shop I saw those smiles I had heard on the phone. You had my confidence because of that steady stream of courtesy and civility. It is refreshing to encounter this in a world that can be rather brutal.

2 constructive comments: 1. the scuffing/ scratch on the left front alloy wheel was not repaired. Confusion between Yates and USAA. USAA believes it was authorized, Yates believes they needed to get a separate/additional authorization. It is being straightened out between Yates/USAA as I write this. 2. After returning home, noticed what appears to be now-hardened clear coat on the upper windshield. Will have Yates remove it when I bring the car back for the wheel work.
