I can’t say enough good things about Old Town Collision. After my accident, I was honestly expecting a stressful and drawn-out repair process, but Josh and the entire team made it the exact opposite. From day one, Josh took ownership of everything. He worked directly with the insurance company to make sure I was in the best possible position, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Communication was clear, timely, and transparent the entire way through. What really stood out, though, was the quality of the work. When I got my car back, it didn’t just look repaired, it looked brand new. They went above and beyond, not only fixing the damage but also making sure the car was cleaned and presented like it had just come off the lot. You can tell this team genuinely cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. I am pleased with the fit and finish of the repairs. I got estimates from a few other shops. Old Town Collision provided me with quality work at a fair price. They did not try to sell me components that I did not need as I saw with other shops. Also their communication was top notch. What was quoted is what I paid for. In past experiences, that hasn't always been the case. I have additional vehicle work and hope to do business with them in the future.
