I waited too long for the estimator and they never email or call me back for updates. I had an appointment to drop off my car but my rental wasnât ready yet. Ended up going home I was so frustrated that day. They drop my rental car after 11 hours.

Negative attitude from one of the workers, will only recommend if no other choice because they did perfect repair work despite negative attitude.

Repair was 10/10 perfect, but attitude of worker was 6/10 due to lack of courtesy/negative attitude when handling Hertz rentals. Even if not their fault for damaged rentals, at least provide help for getting new rental instead of repeating "not our fault", "Hertz does this all the time".

Very nice work. I was told that a part for the door was arriving later that day. Dont know what it was and could not get back to the shop as I was too busy. Will stop by later this week to inquire about the part. Also I was left with a part in the trunk of the car. Dont know why?????
