I have had work done on my car here before and was very happy with it, but this time around I got my car back and the grill was lazily painted over with the same color paint as the body of my car. That is not how it was supposed to look. It used to be a dark grey plastic molding grill, and now it is silver. Not too happy with this.

The guy who invoiced the repair on my car was very nice and sociable, but the lady at the desk was not very sociable and seemed like she didn't want to have to deal with me.

The car looks like it was never damaged. Easiest shop to work with and the entire job was handled with pride and professionalism. This is my second experience with Olson's and the reason I requested Olson's with my insurance USAA. I will always recommend Olson to my friends when they need repairs.
