I'm very happy with the repairs that were done - I think my vehicle looks great - but the length of time the repairs took was a problem.

Everyone I spoke with was polite. That wasn't the issue. The issue was that my car ended up being there for 9 more days than the original estimate of 7-8 days, and I didn't feel that I was apprised of the further delays in a timely manner. Sometimes I was told that I would probably be able to pick up my car on a certain date, only to be told the evening before or the day of that date that I would not. Being without a car for 17 days and having to repeatedly make arrangements for someone to take me into Traverse City "in case" my car would be ready was a real hardship.
