I was disappointed with the quality of the paint work completed by Olson’s Auto Body. When I questioned why the finish did not look better, I was told that because they are a Farm Bureau preferred shop, they complete repairs as cheaply as possible, which was concerning to hear as a customer. There were several nicks and imperfections that were simply painted over instead of being properly repaired beforehand. The color match between the front of the vehicle and the rest of the car is also noticeably different. In addition, there are visible paint drips on both the front quarter panels and the hood. I also had to return the vehicle to have the doors adjusted because they were making contact with the front quarter panel. Overall, I was not impressed with the workmanship or the attention to detail provided during this repair experience.
