I just don’t like my car being torn apart like the FBI was looking for something . I am missing a few things like my black ice car scent ,phone charger cord, change from my arm rest.I don’t think that was professional job of detailing the interior. from my arm rest, so I don’t think that was professional

Specifically the best of the Customer service came from Manny, and then Lisa. Manny was very friendly and quick to respond to my inquiries-Lisa was very directive with the mechanic (?) when there was doubt over getting something in the time frame she would say "Make it happen" and it did! I appreciate that.

Sean and Lisa are absolutely amazing and made every step of dealing with a nightmare car situation super easy! They communicated with me through the entire process, and pricing was more than fair for what I was needing done, I visited many shops before deciding on one stop and had a wide range of quotes, they weren’t the highest or the lowest, but they were the first place I felt fully comfortable dealing with and I’m very happy I decided to go with them. I had some major hail damage to my roof that was bad enough the entire roof needed to be replaced. Sean even went above and beyond by helping me deal with my insurance company who was denying my claim and thanks to him, I’m now getting a good portion of what I paid back! Thank you for everything and most importantly for making it so that I am no longer embarrassed to drive my vehicle around! 🩷
