Staff are friendly, communicative, and did a professional job. This experience was to correct work completed by Courtesy Chevrolet’s collision center, which One Stop auto repair found unsatisfactory work done by them and witnessed by myself, inasmuch as a bumper cover that was not properly installed, and One Stop corrected it and even completed a better paint job than Courtesy’s. I’d recommend them to anyone!

They did a great work on the car. I would have loved to give them 10 out of 10, but when we picked up the car two wheel locks were missing. And we kept asking the place to provide us those and they kept saying we will give it to you very soon and send it to your house and then I would have to reach out after a couple of days and same thing. I found that to be unprofessional. I no longer need those locks but professionalism goes a long way and not just prior to a job getting done.

At first everything was great, then I find out that rear hatch door isn’t working after I picked up SUV. All I wanted was clarification and questions that needed to be answered but in the end the guy tells my adjuster we’re not working on her car anymore. Truth of the matter is: #1 you wanted to make money, so you proved to the insurance that the accident was related to the mechanical work my car needed. I did not ask you to prove anything, i took my car to you because my insurance said take your car to a place where they fix mechanical and body collision that’s why I brought it to you. In the middle of the repairs being done, you called and asked me if I had problems with the rear hatch and I said no. It was working, so you already knew something was wrong with it in the middle of the fix, you just weren’t honest. Now I call the insurance and they tell me they don’t want to work on your car. They said will only do this one time they’ll pay for diagnosis and I have to cover the repairs which is fine. Word of advice don’t assume what your customer is doing or thinking, you did all of that because you wanted to make money. Like I told the insurance company that’s fine I’ll pay for it. After this fix I bought 4 brand new tires, had my brake pads and rotors replaced…it’s still causing disturbance because one stop never fixed it, yes they’re not going to fix it, but I wouldn’t return there anyways.
