I had an awesome experience with this shop! The team was super helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions, which made the whole process really smooth. They even finished the work a few days earlier than expected—huge bonus! And the repair job? Incredible. You’d never guess the car had been in an accident. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them!

Huge thanks to Chris, Stephanie, Jeff, Paula, and the rest of the Carrollton team for getting my truck back on the road! My truck looks better than before the accident! What stood out the most for me other than their professionalism, cleanliness of the location, and their state of the art facility, was their promptness on addressing a small concern that I had. I never judge a company on an oversight as we are all human, but I do judge on how they respond and handle the situation. They didn’t ignore me, they didn’t blow me, nor did they deflect. These guys owned it and took care of it immediately! These folks at One-Twenty Two Collision have earned my business as well as my friends and family. Thanks again guys!

I have never received my car in worse condition after leaving it for repairs. I have pieces falling off, pieces broken. The things that were listed as “replaced” still show signs of damage and definitely don’t look new. Whoever worked on my car should not be responsible for other peoples property. They also went through my car and threw away receipts and papers that I needed. By far the worst body shop I have ever dealt with. And to top it off, they charged the insurance company for replacing parts that THEY broke. The only person who did their job correctly was Paula. She was great to work with.
