This was an outstanding experience. I had a tricky issue with a front-end panel on my truck. I reached out to OnPoint on a Saturday, and within minutes I heard back from them, and they invited me to bring my truck over the same day for a look. I did so, and they were able to resolve the issue with me on the spot. While I waited, I had a chance to talk with the owner and other personnel and see examples of their more challenging work. I was impressed, and will be bringing some other body work their way. Great team, great customer service, and a real desire to not just do the work (which is excellent) but also build relationships with customers.
