Everything so far seems great! They were very nice and kept me informed during the process. My car looked beautiful when I picked it up and it was obvious they took their time throughout the process and made sure everything was done right. I also appreciated the handwritten thank you note in my car when I picked it up.

The work is good and everyone I talked to was very nice. My only complaint and its a big one is the amount of time it took to get done and I didn't receive updates as to why or when it would be done. I ran out of time with my insurance rental, so I had to pay out of pocket, and it was a guessing game to see how long I needed it. My original quote I was told 10-13 days. My truck was there almost a month. The only way I knew what was going on is I had to keep calling.

The workmanship on the repair was amazing and the vehicle looks great. I was a bit disappointed to see that my entire center console had been emptied, air freshener and photos removed from my visor, as well as all of my electronics/cords unplugged. I had a cord mounted and routed under the steering wheel to plug in to a charger and this was all taken down, and some of the cord hooks I had in place were also removed. I understand this might have been necessary to perform the work, but I would have liked to have been informed of this so I could have removed everything myself prior to dropping off. I was also called shortly after I dropped my vehicle off to approve a state inspection/emissions to be done by your staff, which was very appreciated. When I picked my vehicle up the inspection/emissions had not been performed due to sensor resets. I understand this, but also would have liked to have been informed of this prior to picking up my vehicle and expecting this work to have been complete completed. My main dissatisfaction is the communication.
