Opeka’s Auto Repair did an outstanding job from the moment I arrived after my car accident, via a tow. I’m a senior citizen who was a bit shaken by the shock of the accident. Everyone was very kind and explained the paperwork and the process of working with my insurance. They gave me valuable guidance about rental cars, also. When everything was set-up, they gave me a courtesy ride home. The actual repair of my Subaru was amazing. My car is in better shape than before the accident. Everything is tuned-up, like new. The auto-body is perfect, not a scratch! They let me know throughout the process how the repair was progressing. There were clear estimates at all times. I paid my deductible and my insurance company paid Opeka’s. I’m very grateful for their careful, systematic and thorough approach. I feel completely confident that my car is completely safe after the accident. I would recommend Opeka’s without reservation to anyone who needs a car repaired!

Would not release my car to a shop that could complete the repairs until I made a payment which I now find out that I should not have been charged. They also cashed/cleared a two party check that they told me they were going to return to the insurance company. Unbelievable dishonesty.
