My car was there for quite some time. That wouldn't have been a problem until, all the damage wasn't fixed.The inside of car wasn't fixed and it was the part that was hit. They removed the hood,It is very unaligned now. Terrible communication.

Opeka is awesome. It took a while for my truck to be repaired due to a back order of parts, but that was not Opeka's fault. They did call with weekly updates. My truck looks fantastic. I have taken a few vehicles here.

I don't think it's the office's fault but apparently they called 5 days earlier to say my car was done and I never got a message or had a missed call. I wish they'd tried again the next day and not 5 days later but if they said they called and left a message then I believe them even though I couldn't find any proof that they had.

We have referred people to Opeka. When the state farm representative told me she had a list of repair shops in the area and was going to read them off to me and ranked on their level of service , Opeka was the first shop mentioned i said you have a excellent rating service.
