All persons involved from receptionist to estimator to phone contacts were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Having to deal with being hit by another car is obviously upsetting so having understanding service helps one to cope.

I needed a rental car and arrived at 830 for second round of repairs. I ended up leaving for work at 10am. Not good experience. I had to bring my car back for a third round of repairs since the 2nd repair was not thoroughly completed. A ton of lost time for me.

I was told my car had been completed on Friday only to find out when I got there that no one had checked to see if the trunk lid opened properly, which it did not. I had to wait for more parts and work to be done and ended up having to leave work early TWICE and make two trips to Opeka instead of one. This could have been avoided had someone checked the trunk before calling me to come pick it up. Not up to your usual standards of service. Disappointed Jim Martin

Albert and Michelle could not have been nicer or more professional to work with. Very pleasant and accommodative. My car came back spotless and the work appears to be perfect.
