I can't say enough great things about Optimum Collision! Karl and Carren did an amazing job on my car. Even though there were a few complications during the repair process, Karl made sure everything was handled professionally and that my car was returned to me looking absolutely perfect. He went above and beyond to make sure it was clean and flawless in every way. Thank you both so much for your outstanding customer service and attention to detail. I will always come back to Optimum Collision whenever I need body work done on my car, and I wouldn't trust anyone else. They consistently do amazing work, and I highly recommend them!

I do not believe the company wanted to change out my bed cover. I feel they only wanted to do the body work. I was told they couldn’t find a bed cover that fit and they tried several different ones. Now I have to reach back out to my insurance. They already submitted everything to my insurance company. I do not think any effort was made to fix my bed cover from day one.
