The repairs took longer than expected because of delay in receiving parts but Caren kept me informed of everything that was going on. We were very satisfied with the work performed and the customer care. This is the second vehicle that Optima Collision has prepared for us. Hopefully we will not neither service again but if we do we know where to go

My Honda Odyssey had a huge gaping hole after a run in with a wild pig. It literally looks like it just rolled off the show room floor. The paint job on the new bumper looks excellent & I trust that the repairs behind the bumper are perfect as well.

I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. The office personnel were very helpful & friendly. My point person Cody Jeffcoat was knowledgeable, super nice & helpful. I highly recommend that if you get unlucky, as I was by hitting a wild hog, or needing repairs for some other reason to check these peeps out! They are great!! Thanks Optimum Collision!
