I will ONLY take my cars to Optimum. They are like family and they truly care about you AND your car. Their work in beyond impeccable and my car looked better coming out than going in (besides the body work). Caron is my go to and especially you women will LOVE working with her. She knows EVERYTHING. She has a great rapport with the adjusters and I could tell there was mutual respect. I cannot say enough good things about Optimum. Just take your wrecked car to them and let them work magic.

My family usually uses trinity paint & body and have had success with Eagle auto body in Decatur. I have had better experiences and would suggest those.

The best. Terry and Caren worked tirelessly to extract the necessary funds to properly repair my truck from a recalcitrant insurance company. The insurance company lowballed me at $2200 by “looking” at photos. For some reason they were unable to see and account for what I could see. From day one I estimated the cost at $5400 and I am not a body man. Final cost was almost $6000!!!
