I am so pleased with Otto Works! I was able to get my car in the day after I filed my insurance claim. Kristen is amazing. I received daily updates on progress and the car was done a day earlier than promised. They even washed and waxed it! Amazing service, my car looks brand new.

From the time I walked into the office until my car was done I felt totally at ease and confident. I received almost daily updates via texts and my car was done a day early! The wash and wax was a nice surprise. Highly recommend! Great way to support local business.
