copied from my review I left: Crissie at Otto Works is the absolute best, she made going through work on my car after an accident an absolute breeze! From setting up the initial inspection, they had the estimate sent off the same day. Immediately responding if I had questions about parts coming in. When it came to the work, they all were amazing with how fast they got the work done and the communication through the process, even staying after hours so I could pick it up after work! Amazing shop and people! thank you guys so much for everything!
