Was not inform about the progress of my car. Wouldn't answer my phone calls I had to o call my insurance company to get progress reports .I wouldn't recommend Otto auto to any one

OTTO was professional in every sense of the word. The front office and shop staff would listen to my concerns and offer quality solutions. Importantly, they offered a straight forward billing process. Best of all, my F450 looked and worked GREAT !

It was overall painless and very little inconvenience . Scheduled a time for drop off. Rental was also scheduled. Dropped off rental when my car was complete. The back end of my vehicle looked brand new. Very professional!
