Vehicle was finished on the expected day and the inside was vacuumed and cleaned before getting picked up. Also, received a lot of updates with the progress and that the service was on track to being completed on time.

I would not recommend this repair shop to a friend or family member based on my experience. The bumper was not properly repaired or secured, even after I specifically pointed out the problem before accepting the vehicle. I was assured that the issue had been fixed, but after I got home, the bumper came loose again. I expected the repair to be completed correctly and safely before my vehicle was returned to me. Unfortunately, the quality of the repair and the way my concern was handled left me very disappointed. I would not recommend this shop unless they significantly improve their repair quality, quality control, and customer service.

I am very dissatisfied with the quality of the repair. The front bumper was painted, and another damaged/raised area of the bumper was also supposed to be repaired. However, when I was picking up my vehicle, I noticed that the bumper still had a noticeable raised area. I immediately pointed this out to the person handling my vehicle. After I insisted that it needed to be corrected, I was assured that it would be taken care of, and the vehicle was taken back for a few minutes. Unfortunately, after I took the vehicle home, I discovered that the bumper had come loose again. This shows that the repair was not properly completed or secured before the vehicle was returned to me. I am extremely disappointed because I specifically pointed out the problem before accepting the vehicle, and I was assured that it had been fixed. I trusted the shop to complete the repair correctly, but the same problem happened again immediately after I took the vehicle home. This is not acceptable quality of repair, and I am very dissatisfied with the service and the way this issue was handled. I expect the bumper to be properly repaired and securely installed, not temporarily fixed just to return the vehicle to the customer.

I am also very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. I specifically pointed out the bumper problem to the person handling my vehicle before I accepted it. I was assured that the issue would be corrected, and the vehicle was taken back for another inspection/repair. However, after I took the vehicle home, the bumper came loose again. I feel that my concern was not taken seriously enough and that I was given assurance that the problem had been fixed when, in reality, it had not been properly repaired. As a customer, I expected my concerns to be listened to and the repair to be properly completed before my vehicle was returned to me. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with both the service and the way my concern was handled.

The receptionist Loretta is very clear with her communication and friendly. Kam kept me updated with the condition of my vehicle via phone calls, texts, and email. It took longer than it should have because of something getting on the paint, however the error was corrected. My vehicle had stains on the two back seats that were not there when I turned in my vehicle. The repairs were done correctly. Overall, the experience was ok, it would have been 10/10 if there wasn’t a delay and if there were no stains on my seats.

Telephone and in person presence was very friendly and helpful. I liked the text update option. Seemed like sometimes there was a lag or maybe different text chains but may be that was because my Jeep was also at the service department and I know they’re not related.
