Not completely satisfied The back window doesn’t seem safe in regards to no protection on back glass. Took 2 weeks to fix but communication.

Bob Maness, as well as the other staff, were a pleasure to work with. They did a great job on my repair, kept me updated on the progress and repairs were completed in the timeframe outlined. All questions were answered and the process explained. I would highly recommend using Ourisman Collision if their services are required. Bob made this a seamless process including securing and returning the rental car.
