I recently leased a 2026 Toyota Sequoia and scratched the rear passenger door and wheel well pulling into a parking garage. I was really frustrated because I still had the 30 day tags on the vehicle. I took it around to three body repair shops for estimates. Ourisman Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge of Alexandria was one of them. Out of the three, Ourisman gave me the lowest estimate and the shortest time line for the repair. I trusted their work because they had previously repaired my Toyota 4-Runner about a year earlier. I had some problems dropping it off because “life was lifeing” pretty hard around that time, but I checked back in a few days and they said just drop it off when I can. I did and they repaired my new Toyota and delivered it on the promised day, in brand new condition! I really liked and appreciated their work and the fact that they recognized me from before made me feel like I counted with the many repairs that they were doing. Oh, and their receptionist is the best. She has such a great spirit and attitude that I wanted to stick around and just listen to her great customers and interact with her coworkers. I highly recommend you using their service no matter what car brand you drive.
