Yes, I was very satisfied and tell him I said thank you very very much for taking a little scratch out of my car. I know they didn’t have to do it but they did it anyway so tell him I appreciate that I really do I wanna put the scratch in my car the second day after I got it I don’t know who did it I told him I still appreciate what they did.

Customer service was great. Todd and Krissy. My car was there for 94 days. 2 parts ended up being on National back order a strap for the fuel tank in April then lateral link which is about a $26-30 dollar part in the beginning of may. Car insurance only provides rental car for 45 days.

The customer service was great. They were very helpful and made suggestions on when to call insurance and the rental car service. I was in for an accident repair and very unfamiliar with the whole process. The extra advice was very helpful and very appreciated.
