Was involved in minor fender bender accident that required new fog light, repair of scratches, paint job etc. The process took longer than expected because the supplier, mandated by the other insurance company, sent the wrong part. However, this was not the fault of Ourisman body shop. Nick and everyone at Ourisman body shop did a great job throughout the process. And the repair itself? Looks amazing. You'd never know anything ever happened. Many thanks to Nick and the team for a great job.

I do. I. Take the opportunity to compliment you ref the quality of costumer service. 5 years ago i took the car for body repairs and the customer service was. appalling. When i called to know abour my car i was told not to call. When ready i would me informed. I had to ask the assistant in Volvo service to deal with the manager of your body shop. Fortunately things seem to have changed or at lesst i had the good fortune to have mr Nguyen helping me.

I am very pleased with the work done but especially snd foremost with mr Sang Nguyen who was extremally nice, discussed all the components of the work with detail and followed with all details. He answered my question and always called me back.

I worked with Jean and had an amazing experience despite the difficulties of the insurance process. Jean was an excellent communicator and was able to work with Geico to help expediste the process. When I needed my car early he was able to go the extra mile and make it happen. I would absolutely recommend this body shop to anyone and will use them in the future. I look forward to working with Jean again.
