The car was in the shop from Feb. 27 to May 5 (and again on May 6). There was no coordination between the body shop and service. Worse, the back passenger door isn't fixed and the car came back with "check engine" and "hybrid system" failure lights on that service only pretended to fix. The car is now at the dealership REALLY being repaired.
