The OURISMAN name makes me beam with pride right now! The Ourisman Body Shop is in a category of its own and to compare or even rate it alongside other body shops would be the "ultimate" insult. Upon arriving at the body shop on July 1, 2022 after my horrific "hit and run," Chase not only explained to me in detail the process of my car repair, what to expect, etc, but also was a tremendous emotionally support to me. Too add, GEICO was immediately in touch Chase/the body shop to arrange at time to "look" at discuss my vehicle, repair, etc....Additionally, Kelly (my new Ourisman Heroine) was in constant contact with me each week with a status update on my car repair, not just email, but calling as well. What makes me really happy is that the Ourisman Volkswagen Dealer is connected/nearby the Ourisman Body Shop almost next door to the Ourisman Service Center. Great to know that Ourisman Volkwagen Dealer (Kudos General Manager Paul), the Ourisman Body Shop (Kudos to Chase) and the Ourisman Work Service Center (Kudos to Leo) work in conjunction to each other....and Kudos to Brian at the Ourisman Work Service Center to referring/encouraging me to buy my next VW Tiguan 2022 at Ourisman-he referred me to Arial one of the Sales Rep. I was really happily surprised Arial called to check on me after my accident-now is that a true charismatic Car Dealership or what? Why go anywhere else?

Kelly did a great job with keeping me updated on status, and was able to repair my vehicle in a very short turnaround time….she did an excellent job from start to finish!! Chase the manager was excellent as well, and ensured the satisfaction. Great job, will recommend for sure!!
