Car was returned with a loose or damaged cooling hose, causing a breakdown three days later and potential engine damage. Despite a $5,000 repair, you used defective front-end parts or reused damaged ones, as there were visible marks on a supposedly newly repaired car. Completely unacceptable negligence from an official VW dealer.
