The body work was fine, although the inside of the vehicle was a mess-- seats not aligned, etc. Administration not good. I had to.leave & return because street was too crowded for drop off

My windshield is cracked in the afternoon after I left the shop, I expected it was hit during repair as it was close to the side the hood was rubbing and the glass didn’t crack until I started driving.

I’m not sure I ever would have gotten my car back if not for Mr. Ray and his team. They did great work and he gave me regular updates and invited me to call him to check on the repair progress. The car is running well. I’m sorry I’m at the end of my lease term. Not sure if I will go with a Volvo again. It whatever car I do finally purchase, I would bringing it to Mr. Ray for any repairs and would feel confident that he would make all repairs ethically and the work would be of the highest quality.
