I think it’s a very busy place. The business location is very crowded and there is no parking. I didn’t find the waiting area very appealing, so it wasn’t a great experience, but the work was done well!

I was disappointed that I wasn’t told that I needed to buy my own parts and this caused unnecessary delays and several follow-ups, as calls were not returned promptly and service people didn’t have answers for me.

The repair was fine, but the service was disappointing. When I dropped off the car at 8am, no one was there until 8:10, with no greeting or apology. Later, when I came to pick it up, the car wasn’t ready due to a tire issue I hadn’t been informed about, leaving me waiting an hour. Communication was poor, and the office was dirty with empty cups around.

The actual work done was great. However, I had asked for the service dept. at Bethesda Import Specialists to do some work after the Body Shop was finished. Ourisman even called me after I dropped the car off to confirm this. This work didn't get done, meaning I have to bring the car back for another visit.

The repair took almost 3 months, with continuous "new" things find and ongoing delays. One door was replaced with a new one, and when I picked it up, it was damaged already.
