Fixed my van quickly. Got parts in the next day and had my vehicle done by the end of the day. I also needed to buy parts to fix the rotors myself and they provided part numbers and specifications despite not doing the work themselves. Always appreciate a business that helps you find what you need knowing they won't receive compensation for it.

Did not know the repairs would be made with used parts. Suspension makes a clunk noise when going over a small bump, that noise was not there before incident.

The electrical connection wasn't plugged in all the way so the rear indicator lights didn't work. The cargo net holding bracket was broken, evidently when it was removed to remove the liner. It was lying on the trunk floor. No mention of this when we picked the car up. We had to make 2 back and forth trips for the electrical connection problem and now we'll have to make another two trips for the bracket,

It seems like it took forever but the combination of finding parts and me getting time off from work to be without a car were contributing factors. (I didn’t wanna have to drive a rental car for three days and get used to it in winter road conditions.)
